How to forward your calls to BookedIQ

Keep your business number. Forward the calls you can't answer to your BookedIQ number, and your receptionist picks up. Replace 5551234567 below with your BookedIQ number.

AT&T, T-Mobile and most carriers

Dial **004*15551234567# and press call. Calls you miss, decline, or can't take (busy or no signal) go to your receptionist. To turn it off, dial ##004#.

Verizon

Dial *715551234567 and press call. To turn it off, dial *73.

Landlines and VoIP (RingCentral, Google Voice, OpenPhone, Grasshopper, Dialpad and others)

Open your phone system's call settings, choose forward when unanswered (or no answer / busy), and enter your BookedIQ number.

iPhone

Turn off Live Voicemail (Settings, Apps, Phone, Live Voicemail) or calls may go to voicemail before they reach us.

Test it

Call your business number from another phone and let it ring. Your receptionist should answer, and you'll get an email about the call.
